adequate but not really good

cramped roominsufficient bathroom lighting

my experience had some drawbacks the room felt cramped barely any space to move around freely the layout seemed poorly planned with furniture crammed together also the bathroom lighting was insufficient it was hard to see well enough to apply makeup or manage skincare the bed however was acceptable but the pillows were overly firm causing some discomfort during sleep

The location was really great. I was next to all the shops and a short walk from Puerta del Sol. The room was very super clean and cozy and the bathroom was very clean too. The staff was very nice. They helped me print some documents (which I appreciated a lot).
